Please be very specific as to what malicious means here? Is there a political aspect to what malicious means here? What about those who have been blacklisted simply for questioning the status quo and narratives? Are they malicious?

I don't feel my savings are safe here anymore when very unselected few have control of whether I can make transactions or not. If I'm actually considering dumping all my hive, will I be prevented from doing so by being considered malicious to the system?
