A mother understands best that food is very important for life.Most of the diseases we see in today's world are caused by food.Therefore food should always be healthy.Just because it is neat and tidy does not make it healthy.In fast food we see a lot of well-arranged food but it is known as junk food.We all know that junk food is very harmful to the body.

Our local vegetables and normal cooked curries are much healthier than those fancy fast food dishes.Our local foods may look normal and unappetizing, but they are actually a source of vitamins.Local vegetables cooked at home are much more nutritious and healthy.Cancer is an epidemic disease in the present world.Every year many people die of cancer in this world and new patients are getting infected.To get rid of these epidemic diseases, doctors tell us to eat more vegetables.Vegetables are healthy.

Nowadays we are mostly dependent on fast food, outside biryani and oily food.But do you know that these are dangerous for our future.So always try to eat healthy home cooked food.Home-cooked food is the safest and healthiest.Vegetables are the most nutritious of all home-cooked foods.We should eat less meat.People in different parts of the world are more dependent on beef, but we believe that eating too much beef is not good for health.Vegetables should be prioritized.

Breakfast should always start the day with healthy and nutritious food.Oily food should be avoided in the morning.Many people eat fast food or biryani in the morning, which is extremely unhealthy.

We really need to reduce the amount of fast food and already processed food that we consume, it's bad for our health.

The fact is that many junk food eaters know it's bad for health and that eating natural foods like veggies is healthier but they can't help themselves. I think one has to be able to discipline themselves to avoid junk and eat healthy. Eating junk may seem harmless in the present but in the long run it becomes very problematic. Thanks for writing.
